Garri is Circle's Head of Financing and joined the Circle Partnership in 2005. He has coordinated all 13 equity financings of Circle Holdings and also helped arrange the development financing of CircleBath and CircleReading.
Prior to Circle, Garri was an Executive Director of the Equities Division of Goldman Sachs. Garri spent 11 years there and held various positions including Head of European Corporate Access and Chief Operating Officer of pan-European shares. Garri also helped manage the Technology shares sales team and was part of the team that took BSkyB, Orange, Infineon, Computacenter and US realty (the first European listed REIT) public. Garri trained as a Manufacturing Engineer and holds a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering (First Class) and an MPhil in International Relations from Cambridge University.
